The refuge is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We have:

- 2 Keyworkers
- 1 Children’s Support worker
- 4 Out of hours Support workers

We have strong links with local voluntary and statutory agencies, and plan support with you to ensure that the needs you feel you have are met.
